IRep Realty Inc., Brokerage is a Canadian, family-owned real estate brokerage registered in Ontario, serving the Greater Toronto Area, the surrounding regions, and Windsor. In this policy, "we," "us," and "our" refer to the brokerage.

We handle personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and other applicable Canadian privacy legislation, the Trust in Real Estate Services Act, 2002 and the rules of the Real Estate Council of Ontario, and the data agreements and policies that govern our access to listing information, including those of PropTx, the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board, the Canadian Real Estate Association, and other boards and associations.

This policy applies to our website and online services. It does not cover third-party websites that you reach through links on our site; those sites have their own privacy practices.

Listing information is owned or licensed by PropTx, boards, associations, listing brokerages, and sellers, and is made available to us under agreements that govern how it may be displayed and who may see it. We honour seller display instructions and data provider rules. Sold, leased, historical, and comparable price information is treated as VOW-class data and is shown only to registered users who qualify.

Our public pages, and anything visible to search engine crawlers, do not include VOW-only sold or leased price information. Records of VOW eligibility, verification, and access may be logged and produced to a board, association, or data provider where our agreements require it.

We use cookies, browser local storage, server logs, and analytics tags to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, understand how the site is used, detect abuse, and improve reliability. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. If you do, parts of the site that depend on cookies for sign-in, security, or preference handling may not work correctly.

Our website and services are intended for adults with the legal capacity to enter into real estate transactions. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
